Joseph has been in the tourism and hospitality business for the past 34 years. His background includes the management of hotels and resorts, golf courses, restaurants, timeshare and condominiums. He has extensive background in the start-up and continued long term success of resort management, rental and sales.

Most recently he was the President and COO of Vacation Resorts International; a privately held timeshare condominium management company with over 145 locations throughout the U.S., Mexico and Canada. He was solely responsible for the growth of client contracts which ultimately made VRI the largest non-public timeshare management company in the United States; with a highly successful sales, resales and rental programs totaling nearly $50M annually. During his tenure there, VRI grew from approximately 35 resorts in 1989 to where it stands today.
